Second, the most important thing I’ve learned while navigating my own path is that you already have everything you need to find your flow. Yep, you sure do. It comes from within and it is your birthright. It can feel buried or lost or disconnected but it’s there, waiting for you to tap in. And lastly, the work to find your flow can be hard, like really hard, because there’s a lot of unknown territory in the Deep End. And we’re human and we like to control things with certainty and keep two feet on the ground. So we end up doing nothing. We don’t jump. We don’t even move. We’re stuck. We let fear lead and in doing so, we place limits on the possibilities of our own life.
Finding your flow takes practice; it’s part repetition and part mindset. And I repeat, you are fully capable of doing all this work on your own. Accountability, a little direction and your own personal cheer coach just make the work a lot more enjoyable!
